Shipping & Returns

We have spent time making sure we offer the most competitive local and international shipping. Where possible we will bulk your order to keep the costs down. Please use our accurate shipping estimator when making your order.

ArtCan make every effort to protect your print for local and international postage. Each print is bubble wrapped and then placed in a secure package.

We place a "care of print guide" in each package so that you know how to take care of your new purchase.

Please check that there is no damage to the outside packaging at the time of delivery. If your print has been damaged please contact us as soon as you have discovered this. This will allow us, if necessary to speak to our courier company and arrange a replacement.

If in the unlikely event you are not happy with your print, please return the print to us within 30 days of delivery. We will refund your money less any postage costs.
